The Bill (Reg. No. 5266) specifies the status of a volunteer and the volunteer organization, their rights and obligations, principles, types, and areas of activity, financial sources, etc. Also, the document envisages mechanisms of interaction between the volunteer movement participants, as well as the area of the government interference.
The bill allows using the potential of Ukrainian volunteers more actively and fully. Furthermore, they will be encouraged for active work, education, and training.
